Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless context clearly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older at the time of registration and will remain so for the duration of your use of the Platform. cncbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to immediately suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. cncbet makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside those it specifically targets. If you access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so entirely at your own risk and cncbet shall have no liability in connection therewith.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from forming a valid contract under applicable law.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an Account on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, or close family members of cncbet or any of its affiliate companies;
• Individuals who have been subject to a permanent self-exclusion order on the Platform;
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, using different identities, or via shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cncbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. cncbet shall not be liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate information provided during or after registration.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cncbet will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify cncbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). cncbet operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to the first withdrawal — and at any point cncbet deems appropriate — you may be required to submit the following documentation:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence — dated within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot matching the registered name);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, if requested.

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold. Persistent non-compliance may result in Account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. cncbet may also close an Account without notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, or court order. Any positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided KYC has been completed, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). cncbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than IDR will be rejected at the payment gateway.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. cncbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved channels:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Availability of individual payment methods may vary by region and is subject to change. cncbet will provide reasonable notice of any material change to available payment channels.

4.3 Deposit Minimums and Maximums. Minimum deposit thresholds and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are displayed on the Platform's deposit interface and vary by payment method. As a general reference, minimum deposits start from Rp 25.000. These limits are subject to change at cncbet's discretion with reasonable prior notice.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 2–15 minutes of confirmed receipt by cncbet's payment processor, subject to standard banking hours and any technical delays outside cncbet's control. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within 1–5 minutes. cncbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside peak hours may take up to 2 business hours. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval from cncbet's finance team has been obtained.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. cncbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or satisfaction of applicable bonus wagering requirements. Where a withdrawal is declined, cncbet will notify you of the reason within a reasonable time and outline any steps required to resolve the matter.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. cncbet reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to any dormant Account balance. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by cncbet are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50;
• Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 20% contribution;
• Slot games (excluding progressive jackpots): 100% contribution;
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution;
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets: 50% contribution.

5.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit or activation, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the bonus amount and any associated winnings being removed from the Account balance automatically.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. cncbet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts' bonuses, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal variance, and systematic abuse of cashback promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, cncbet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and permanently restrict or close the Account involved.

5.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will remain available for withdrawal.

5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. cncbet reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw a promotion entirely at any time, provided reasonable notice is given where operationally feasible. Players who have already opted into and begun wagering toward a bonus at the time of modification shall not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.

Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by cncbet. cncbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where an error in odds or game settings has occurred, or where a bet is suspected of being placed with the benefit of non-public information.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. Football betting markets — including those covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international competitions such as the AFF Cup and FIFA World Cup — are governed by sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled before the combined payout is released. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules.

6.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or settled early at cncbet's discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical broadcast failure, or confirmed score discrepancies. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension due to a technical error may be voided.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles are governed by their respective provider rules as published in each game's information panel. RTP percentages are independently certified and available to review before play commences. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome already determined by the server at the time of disconnection shall be final.

6.5 Togel Markets. Togel draws are conducted by independent third-party operators. Results are published as received from the relevant official draw source. cncbet shall not be held liable for any delay in result publication caused by the draw operator. All togel bet settlements are final once results have been published.

6.6 Error Resolution. In the event that a game, odds, or payout error is identified — whether caused by a technical fault, human error, or third-party data feed failure — cncbet reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected outcomes. Players will be notified of any material correction. Decisions made by cncbet in the resolution of disputes are final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud;
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting bots, scripting tools, or any mechanical, electronic, or technical device to gain an advantage over the Platform's systems or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — Players who discover a bug must report it immediately to support rather than exploit it;
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched-betting strategies across multiple platforms using cncbet bonus funds;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the cncbet support team or other players.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 cncbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of player-protection tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 8.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful to you or others, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat to activate a self-exclusion or temporary account time-out immediately. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the agreed exclusion period.

8.3 cncbet will never actively market to any Player who has registered a self-exclusion or who has clearly indicated they are experiencing gambling-related difficulties. Marketing suppression is applied automatically upon self-exclusion activation.

Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, images, text, video, audio, user interface design, and the cncbet brand marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of cncbet or its licensed content suppliers. No element of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of cncbet.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, or store Platform content beyond normal browser caching, or to use any data mining or scraping tools on any part of the Platform.

Privacy & Data

10.1 cncbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

10.2 cncbet implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access control frameworks, and regular security audits — to protect your personal and financial data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

Limitations of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cncbet's aggregate liability to any Player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform during that same calendar month.

11.2 cncbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if cncbet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 cncbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, telecommunication failures, power outages, government action, third-party payment processor downtime, or internet service disruption.

11.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cncbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Amendments to These Terms

12.1 cncbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Where any amendment is materially adverse to your interests, you retain the right to close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance within the 7-day notice period without penalty. After the notice period expires, continued use of the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

12.3 The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page reflect the currently applicable version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable gaming and commercial law principles. cncbet operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognized regulatory body.

13.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform must first be submitted to cncbet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [your Account ID]". cncbet will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB) and will issue a substantive response within 10 business days.

13.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by cncbet's licensing authority. Details of this body are available on request from the support team.

13.4 Nothing in this clause limits cncbet's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction in cases involving fraud, unauthorized access, or breach of intellectual property rights.
